ANTI-NARCOTIC DRUG AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR K.G.R.P STUDENTS UNDER UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN (UBA) DATE: 16TH APRIL 2025 ORGANIZED BY: K.G.R.L. COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, BHIMAVARAM As a part of the UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN (UBA) initiative, K.G.R.L. College of Pharmacy organized an Anti-Narcotic Drug Awareness Program on 16th April 2025. The program aimed to educate and sensitize students and the community about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of a drug-free society. The event featured interactive sessions, awareness talks, and presentations delivered by faculty members and guest speakers from the healthcare and law enforcement sectors. Emphasis was placed on the psychological, social, and legal consequences of narcotic drug use, with real-life case studies and preventive strategies discussed in detail. The initiative successfully contributed to spreading awareness and strengthening the college’s role in promoting public health and social responsibility under the banner of UBA. Note: The program was conducted with the active involvement and support of the Director, Principal, and UBA Coordinators of K.G.R.L. College of Pharmacy.
