Awareness Program on Social Media Footprints
The resource Person for the programme was Dr Navaneeta Baruah, Associate Professor,
Department of History, Pandu College. Dr Baruah delivered an insightful and engaging session,
explaining the meaning of social media footprints, both positive and negative, and how online
actions can have lasting personal, academic, and professional consequences. She emphasized
the importance of ethical social media usage, data privacy, cyber safety, and critical thinking
while sharing information online.
