Banjara Embroidery Bag Training at Hamstech

From October 1-7, 2024, the Centre for Innovation and Social Transformation (CIST) at KG Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, in collaboration with Hamstech, conducted a Banjara Embroidery Bag Training program led by Mr. A. Seshappa. The week-long initiative aimed to enhance participants’ skills in advanced stitching and Banjara embroidery techniques, focusing on bag-making using modern machinery. Trainees mastered intricate embroidery patterns, integrating traditional artistry with contemporary design methods, and gained proficiency in creating marketable, high-quality bags.
