Cleanliness Drive and Awareness campaigning

The UBA Cell (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan) of Dogra Degree College in collaboration with NSS Unit of Dogra Degree College (Autonomous), organized a comprehensive Cleanliness Drive and Dengue Awareness Programme in the adopted village of Meen Sarkar on 18th November 2025. The drive aimed to promote cleanliness, environmental hygiene, and preventive measures against dengue and other vector-borne diseases. Students energetically participated in cleaning public areas, removing waste, clearing stagnant water, and spreading awareness about the vital role of sanitation in preventing mosquito breeding. A key highlight of the programme was the door-to-door awareness campaign, during which volunteers interacted directly with villagers to educate them on maintaining hygiene, identifying early dengue symptoms, and adopting preventive practices
