Cyclothon Pedal for a Purpose: Fit Youth – Aware Youth

The Cyclothon titled “Pedal for a Purpose: Fit Youth – Aware Youth” was organized by the ISREAC/ Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Cell of St. Xavier’s College Jaipur, in collaboration with the Red Ribbon Club (RRC) and the Sustainable Development Cell (SDC), on 27 November 2025 from 9:00 AM onwards. The rally began from the Front Portico of St. Xavier’s College Jaipur and proceeded toward mahapura village, covered approximately 10 Kms. The program was coordinated by Dr. Ajay Dandotiya, Mr. Baldev Singh, Dr. Antony Nitin Raja, Dr. Mamta Pareek, and Dr. Sunita Choudhary (Assistant Professors) and was attended by students of the college, Village Students, Rajasthan Road Riders and students from Maa Sharda Public Sr. Sec School, Lalya ka Bas. The total number of participants was 21. The objectives of the rally were to: • Promote a healthy lifestyle and fitness among youth • Spread awareness on HIV/AIDS and encourage voluntary blood donation. • Promote Swachhata, environmental responsibility, and community cleanliness. The Cyclothon was designed to encourage students and youth participants to adopt fitness-oriented habits and become socially responsible citizens. By combining physical activity with awareness on crucial health and environmental issues, the event aimed to cultivate a sense of responsibility towards personal well-being as well as the community.
