DIRECTORS AND TEAM MEMBERS MEETING ON UBA PROPOSAL

Participants: Dr. Hema, Dr. Sayyed, Dr. Mrunalika, Dr. Utsavi, and UBA Interns (Rukshar, Roshan, Hafsa, Jinal, Ajesha). 1. Project Planning and Proposal Allocation Dr. Hema briefed the team on key project areas. Interns have been assigned to draft proposals: Malnutrition: Roshan& Rukshar Skill Lab: Hafsa Science Lab: Rukshar & Jinal Robotics: Dr utsavi 2. Sambhoi Plantation Project Update The team discussed challenges regarding the previous plantation efforts, which were destroyed by flooding due to the sloping terrain of the land. Dr. Utsavi and Hafsa visited the site to assess the situation. New strategy includes planting near the temple site. Dr. Hema also proposed renovating the location to promote it as a cultural and tourist site. 3. Community Infrastructure & Protection The arrangement of cages for tree protection in Vemar village is currently in progress. 4. Administrative Decisions - Weekly meetings will be held every Wednesday for all UBA members. - One specific day per week is allotted for interns to work exclusively on UBA projects.
