Field Visit and Follow-up Skill Support for Rural Woman Entrepreneur (Under Project Pragati)
The Field Visit and Follow-up Skill Support for Bakery Activity under Project Pragati was conducted on 24th December 2025 at Sanhol Village, Solan District, Himachal Pradesh, by the Centre for Leadership Coaching, Shoolini University. The activity aimed to assess the challenges faced by a rural woman entrepreneur and provide follow-up technical and practical support to strengthen her bakery-based livelihood initiative. As part of the ongoing monitoring and handholding support under Project Pragati, a field visit was undertaken at the residence of Mrs. Savita to review the progress of her bakery enterprise. During the visit, operational and technical challenges related to bakery preparation were identified through direct observation and interaction. To address these issues, a follow-up intervention was planned, including the scheduling of practical, laboratory-based training sessions at Shoolini University to offer hands-on guidance for improving product quality, consistency, and production efficiency. As a result, specific operational challenges were clearly identified, personalized technical support was structured, practical training was scheduled, and the participant’s confidence, skills, and sustained engagement in her entrepreneurial journey were further strengthened.
