Infrastructure and Equipment Support for Rural Women
The Infrastructure and Equipment Support for Rural Women under Project Pragati was implemented on 16 September 2025 across Tikker Panchayat and Sanhol Panchayat of Solan District, Himachal Pradesh, by the Centre for Leadership Coaching, Shoolini University. The activity aimed to enable rural women to become production-ready by providing essential equipment and infrastructure support, thereby facilitating the practical application of skills acquired during the earlier phases of coaching and training. Under Project Pragati, infrastructure and equipment support amounting to approximately ₹1.49 lakh was extended to strengthen participants’ preparedness for livelihood activities and support production-related processes. This intervention effectively complemented the coaching, mentoring, and skill development components of the project, helping participants transition toward independent and sustainable livelihood initiatives. As a result, rural women demonstrated enhanced readiness for production, reduced dependence on external resources, increased confidence to initiate income-generating activities, and improved overall sustainability and impact of the training and development programme.
