International Yoga Day

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Cell of Dogra Degree College, under the aegis of Dogra Educational Trust, successfully organized a Yoga Session on the occasion of International Yoga Day on Saturday, in collaboration with Bhartiya Yog Sansthan (Regd.). The session was conducted at 9:00 AM in the auditorium of the Dogra Educational Complex, with Ms. Clara Rafiq Thomas, an experienced yoga practitioner, serving as the resource person. The initiative aimed to promote holistic health, wellness, and awareness about the importance of a balanced lifestyle among students and the community, in alignment with UBA’s objective of fostering sustainable and healthy living practices.
