Poshan Maah Activities at Adopted Village Runda Organized by Govt. College of Pharmacy Rohru

As part of the upcoming Poshan Maah celebrations, a series of impactful activities will be organized at the Anganwadi Hall of Runda Village under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan by Govt. College of Pharmacy Rohru. The event will aim to raise awareness on health, nutrition, and sustainable development. It will bring together local community members, government officials, and other stakeholders for a day focused on improving the nutritional status of rural populations. The key event, Poshan Baithak, will be led by Mrs. Shakuntala Banshtu, the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), who will share insights into the government's efforts to improve health and nutrition. A skit play by NSS volunteers will highlight the importance of nutrition and sustainable living. Additionally, seeds for sustainable farming will be distributed to promote self-sustained food production, and a Plantation Drive will encourage environmental sustainability. During the meeting, villagers will be asked about their challenges and suggestions for development. Their concerns will be addressed under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan to improve the overall well-being of the community.
