Rural Internship to Understand Grassroot Innovation

The rural internship visit to Understand Grassroot Innovation was organized by CIST, KGRCET in association with Palle Srujana. It was conducted from 10 February 2025 to 15 February 2025, focused on understanding of the grass root innovations and innovators towards the goal of Palle Srujana i.e. rural empowerment. The program focuses on promoting sustainable agricultural practices, enhancing education, fostering entrepreneurship, and empowering marginalized communities, especially women. This visit aimed to understand the work being done on the ground and assess its impact on the local rural population. The visit saw active participation from 130 motivated students guided by experienced faculty coordinators, Mr. B. Lingam, Mrs. T. Sandhya, Mr. B. Mohan and Mr. M. Laxman, under the visionary leadership of Mrs. P. Samyuktha, Head of CIST.
