UBA TEAM FORMATION AND ORIENTATION

A UBA team is formed by selecting a faculty coordinator, student volunteers, and supporting staff. The team works together with village representatives and local authorities to identify community needs and implement development activities. and orientation introduces team members to the objectives of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, village adoption, community engagement, survey methods, and planning and implementing rural development projects. It helps volunteers understand their roles, responsibilities, and the importance of working closely with the community.
