A Faculty Development Program was conducted by Sairam UBA on 21st and 22nd March 2024 at Smart Classroom-1, SEC, from 9:30 AM to 3:45 PM. The event was inaugurated by Er. S. Krishnamoorthy and coordinated by Dr. A. Arputharaj, Mr. T. Aathilingam, Mr. R. Chithrakannan, and Mr. P. Rathinavel. Participants engaged in enriching sessions, including a field visit to Vellaputhur Village Panchayat, Vellaputhur village is located in Maduranthakam taluka of Kancheepuram district in Tamil Nadu, India .The village recognized with a national award in JJM, and Karungali Town Panchayat, home to a fecal sludge disposal plant. The program provided valuable insights into rural development and waste management.
