On the 22nd of April, 2024, the entire faculty, and students of MSW Dept. of LAW College Durgapur gathered in front of the Gopalpur Gram Panchayat office for an educational visit aimed at understanding local governance and community development. The visit commenced at 10:00 AM with a warm welcome from the Honourable Gram Pradhan, Mrs. Srinanda Roy Mukherjee. Objectives of the Visit • To learn about the ongoing projects and initiatives in the Gopalpur region. • To gain insights into the functioning of the Gram Panchayat. • To foster a connection between the academic community and local governance. • Preparation for the base line survey of UBA Project.
