Report on Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) Collaboration programme organized at Vallicode Gram Panchayat on 2nd October 2024

IGNOU Regional Centre Trivandrum at its adopted village at Vallicode in Pathanamthitta district has organized the following programme salong with the vallicode panchayat. The following are the programme.

1. Cleanliness Campaign of all wards under the Vallicode Panchayat-IGNOU Regional Centre Trivandrum along with its staffs, coordinators, learners and the self group members of the vallicode village have actively participated in the cleanliness campaign
2. Installation of plastic bottle booth at Vallicode Village-The vallicode panchayath has installed a plastic bottle booth facility at the vallicode village to collect the plastic bottles. This was inaugurated by the Vallicode panchayath President Shri Mohanan Nair in the presence of IGNOU officials and learners of IGNOU.
3. Inauguration of material Collection facility (MCF) at Vallicode Village -A material collection facility at Vallicode Grama panchayat was also inaugurated by the Vallicode Panchayath President in presence of Vallicode Gram panchayat vice-president, panchayat members, panchayat secretary, Haritha karma Sena members, IGNOU officials and learners.
